La Sociedad Central de Arquitectos remite al Presidente de la Universidad una copia de las conclusiones adoptadas por el Segundo Congreso Panamericano de Arquitectos, celebrado en Santiago de Chile del 12 al 20 de septiembre de 1923. Contiene agregados los expedientes S-3-1924 "Acusa recibo a la nota de 27 Dbre ppdo. por la cual se le comunicaba que el H. C. Superior ha tomado nota respecto a la constitución de la Junta de Ampliación de Estudios" y S-82-1924 "Invita al 3er Congreso Panamericano de Lima".
